Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the wholesale sale of jewellery carried out by LYMA Riviera to professionals.
Article 1 — Scope
These terms apply to the wholesale sale of jewellery by LYMA Riviera. They are reserved for professionals.
Article 2 — Orders
Every order follows a prior quote, confirmed by a purchase order. The minimum order is 12 pieces per reference; mixes of models are allowed.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are stated in euros, excluding tax.
Article 4 — Payment
Established accounts are settled by bank transfer at 30 days end of month. First orders are settled by card at the time of order.
Article 5 — Delivery
Quoted timings are indicative: mainland France 24 to 48 h, Europe 2 to 4 business days, rest of the world 5 to 8 days. Parcels travel by Chronopost, DPD or EMS. Risk transfers to the carrier. Any damaged parcel must be reported within 14 days.
Article 6 — Returns and warranties
Any manufacturing defect or damaged piece may be reported within 14 days of receipt, giving rise to an exchange or a credit note. Pieces benefit from a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Article 7 — Liability and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable settlement, any dispute shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice.
