Do tiered prices apply to the whole order?
No, they apply per reference: -15% from 24 pieces, -25% from 60, -35% from 120.
Do you ship in Europe and worldwide?
Yes, we ship to France, Europe and the rest of the world. Find the detailed timings on the shipping page.
Can a piece be customised (engraving, metal)?
Yes, on request and from 60 pieces. Tell us about your project: engraving and metal choice are studied case by case.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer at 30 days for established accounts, card for first orders.
Are there exclusive capsules?
Yes, regional capsules are reserved for a single partner per region.
How do I get the full catalogue?
Write to contact@lyma-riviera.fr: the full catalogue is sent within 24 hours.
Are the pieces certified?
Metals are guaranteed: silver 925, gold plating 5 µ. A material sheet is provided with each reference.
What to do with a damaged piece?
Report it within 14 days via the returns page: we reply within 48 hours.
