Exacting, right through to delivery.
Every piece is inspected before shipping. Should a defect occur, here is how we proceed.
Framework
You have 14 days from receipt to report any defect or damaged piece. Our items are quality articles, systematically checked before shipping.
Procedure
Email contact@lyma-riviera.fr with your order number and photographs of the piece concerned. We reply within 48 hours and offer an exchange or a credit note.
Exclusions
Returns do not apply to pieces that have been worn, altered, or whose label has been removed.
Costs
When a defect is confirmed, the return is collected and carried at our expense.
